As a customer of Robb and Lulu you have the opportunity to exchange your selected products purchased off our online store if you have changed your mind, the product doesn’t fit, your choice does not meet your expectations or if the product is faulty.

Guarantee and after-sales service
All products sold by Robb and Lulu are covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defects, provided by Robb and Lulu.
To benefit from this guarantee, please return the product to Robb and Lulu and make sure to include the invoice. Robb and Lulu will attempt to exchange and return the product to you. Given that we may sell out of that particular product, we will either offer you a similar product or the reimbursement of the purchase price of the initial product.
Warranty
Robb and Lulu will accept no responsibility for product that are treated in a manner than stated otherwise on the care label.
Certain garments supplied by Robb and Lulu may delicate in nature. We ask you to treat these garments as described on the care instructions. Hand detailing is a characteristic feature of the Robb and Lulu design. Please accept that there may be variations from product to product.
Return Policy
As a customer of Robb and Lulu you have the opportunity to exchange your selected products if you have changed your mind, the product doesn’t fit, your choice does not meet your expectations or if the product is faulty. Refunds can only be given if the product is faulty. Robb and Lulu reserves the right to inspect the product in order to make a decision based severity of the manufacturing fault.
In order to save money and avoid shipping cost, please also consider other alternatives prior to returning your goods, such as using them as a gift for an unsuspecting loved one.
After receiving the product, you have 7 days to contact Robb and Lulu via the “Contact Us” section of our website to be eligible for a return or exchange of the product.
After checking your return request we will send you a confirmation email issuing you a Return Article Number (RA No.)
The product must be returned to Robb and Lulu within 7 calendar days of issuing the “RA No.” given by Robb and Lulu at the time of the confirmation email.
After receiving the product we assess the returned goods and may or may not offer an exchange depending on their condition. For example, clothing, swimwear or cosmetic items may not be refunded if they have been worn, washed, used or if sewing tags have been removed.
In order to exchange your returned items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition. This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us via our website on the “Contact Us” page and we will arrange the return from you, as well as a full refund of the products. Subject to our acceptance of the existence of any fault in relation to any item, we will credit your credit card, including shipping costs for delivery and, if applicable, return of the faulty item.
At times there may be delays in crediting your credit card, which are caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 21 days.
